Credits are used for generating try-on previews (and sometimes higher-quality re-renders). Each generation shows the credit cost before you confirm. Unused credits stay in your account, and subscription credits refresh monthly (if you're on a plan).
Purchased credits don't expire. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and may not roll over (depending on your plan). Your current balance and credit history are always visible in your account.
If you bought credits in-app, refunds are handled by the App Store / Google Play according to their policies. If something clearly went wrong (failed generation, duplicate charge, etc.), contact support and we'll help investigate and make it right.
