You can ask Astur Labs to delete your TRYSHOP account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You may also do this from within the TRYSHOP mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
There are two ways to request deletion from this page:
- Email us directly at contact@tryshop.app with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email address tied to your TRYSHOP account.
- Or fill in the form below and we'll process your request from there.
Either option works — pick whichever is easier for you.
How it works
- Fill in the form below with the email address associated with your TRYSHOP account.
- Submitting the form will open your email app with a prefilled message addressed to contact@tryshop.app. Send it as is.
- We'll verify the request comes from the account owner and confirm by email, typically within a few business days.
- Once confirmed, your account and associated data are deleted as described below.
What is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, password, preferences).
- Photos and visual inputs you uploaded, along with the AI outputs generated from them (try-on images, style recommendations).
- Style and body information (measurements, sizes, preferences).
- Saved items, wardrobe entries, and in-app activity.
Deleted data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
What may be kept
We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or to protect our legitimate interests, including:
- Transaction and billing records for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law.
- Records needed for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance, in a minimized form.

Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your TRYSHOP account does not automatically cancel any active subscription billed through Apple or Google. Please cancel your subscription from the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges. Past purchases and unused AI credits are non-refundable once the account is deleted.
